How we behave reflects our commitment to achieve a greater good—for our clients, our organization, our suppliers, our communities, and the larger society. We take personal responsibility for the organization’s success and hold ourselves and our colleagues accountable for our actions.

How We Behave

We seek high-trust relations with our colleagues, clients, suppliers and others—and we know that while we extend trust openly, it is also our commitment to earn trust from others.

We operate in a constellation, going beyond our individual jobs to deliver results, and developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues throughout LRN to meet the aspirations of our partners and other stakeholders. We sublimate our personal or departmental needs for the organization’s overall success.

We ensure that our strategies, operations, knowledge, and solutions demonstrate principled decision making. Our actions reflect the right thing to do, guided by the company’s mission and principles and our personal values.

We pay attention to industry and professional standards and our stakeholders’ expectations. Laws and regulations specify the baseline conduct below which we will never fall.
